Position Overview

AxionDrive is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our innovative team. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. This hybrid role requires a blend of remote work and in-person collaboration at our Greenville, SC office.


Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain the network infrastructure to support AI-driven automotive solutions.

  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.

  • Implement security measures to protect network integrity and data privacy.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with AI and automotive systems.

  • Maintain and update network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.

  • Conduct regular network assessments and implement improvements based on findings.

  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in networking technology.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in network engineering, preferably in the AI or automotive industry.

  • Proficiency in networking protocols, hardware, and software (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls).

  • Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.

  • Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with periodic travel to Greenville, SC.

  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.

  • Passion for networking technology and its application in advanced automotive solutions.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary ranging from $165,000 to $195,000 per year.
