Position Overview
AxionDrive is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and interface of our innovative AI-driven automotive solutions. This hybrid role requires a blend of remote work and in-person collaboration at our Greenville, SC office.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to completion for our AI-driven automotive products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and AI experts to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with AxionDrive’s vision and user needs.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the company.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and automotive technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in the automotive or AI industry.
- Proven track record of designing complex and innovative products from ideation to launch.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with periodic travel to Greenville, SC.
- Passion for AI technology and its application in the automotive industry.
Compensation
- Competitive salary ranging from $165,000 to $195,000 per year.
